Administrators who desire NAB credits by approved NAB/NCERS programs are required to create a NAB CE Registry.  It is free to create a NAB Registry account and you can do so by clicking here. To download a copy of the NAB CE Registry Handout for Administrators click here.

If you wish to receive NAB Administrator CE credits from an AHCA/NCAL event or a NAB/NCERS approved program, you must have a NAB Registry ID#.  The typical NAB Registry ID# begins with “R” followed by 7 digits, for example: R1234567.

Beginning April 1, 2018, IHCA/INCAL and all NAB approved NCERS providers will be required to report credit to the CE registry.  If Administrators do not create a NAB CE Registry and do not provide a NCERS sponsor (which includes IHCA/INCAL) their NAB ID number, those Administrators will not receive NAB credit for the approved event.  IHCA/INCAL NAB approved events include the F-Tag Review Webinar Series and the Moving Mountains Webinar Series through Proactive Medical Review and Consulting. 

Administrators can still upload a non-NAB approved CE certificate to their individual CE Registry without an approval code.  Here are those instructions:

Near the bottom of the page where you fill in the non-NCERS program details, there is a blue upload button that will allow you to add a certificate. This is what the page looks like if nothing has been filled out for a course.  If you have already created the entry, you need to select the gear button to the right of the course and select edit, then OK.  You will then be allowed to upload the certificate.
