This presentation is crafted to assist healthcare professionals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to provide comprehensive and compassionate documentation during the final stages of life.
1. Participants will acquire the skills to create thorough and compassionate documentation including care preferences, goals, and interventions specific to end-of-life scenarios.
