Education Partners

IHCA/INCAL partners with the Indiana State Department of Health, QSource/atomAlliance, University of Indianapolis and others to provide additional education related to the long term care industry.

I have more than 25 years’ experience with the Indiana Health Care Association. I started out as a nurse at a facility, moved up to serve as a Director of Nurses position followed by serving as a consultant to multiple facilities, and I am currently serving as the vice president of clinical operations for 23 buildings. Throughout each of the steps in my journey, the IHCA/INCAL has provided excellent education to support my career development and further strengthen my leadership skills.
