On December 31, 2020, Governor Eric Holcomb issued Executive Order 20-52, which extends Indiana’s public health emergency until January 30, 2021. Indiana’s public health emergency was set to expire on December 31, 2020, and can be extended in 30-day increments at a time under state law. The federal public health emergency has been extended to April 2021.
Due to the extension of the state’s public health emergency, Indiana’s emergency orders and waivers are also extended until January 30, 2021. For a summary of Indiana’s current emergency orders and waivers, please click here.
