ISDH Renews Blanket Waivers for Comprehensive and Residential Care Facilities

On September 16, 2020, the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) renewed all of the Emergency Orders granting Temporary Blanket Waivers (Waivers) for comprehensive care facilities and residential care facilities, effective immediately.  The Waivers will expire no earlier than the withdrawal or expiration of the Governor’s declaration of the public health emergency.  Indiana’s public health emergency declaration currently runs through October 2, 2020.
