On October 30, 2020, Governor Eric Holcomb issued Executive Order 20-47, which extends Indiana’s public health emergency until December 1, 2020.  Indiana’s public health emergency was previously set to expire on November 1, 2020, and can be extended in 30-day increments at a time under state law.   The federal public health emergency has been extended through January 22, 2021.

Due to the extension of the state’s public health emergency, Indiana’s emergency orders and waivers are also extended until December 1, 2020.  For a summary of Indiana’s current emergency orders and waivers, please click here.
