We’re thrilled to share that the Indiana Health Care association has been recognized with a 2021 Diamond Award of Merit by the Public relations Society of America East Central District for demonstrating excellence in redesigning our website, IHCA.org. The website redesign project completed in April 2020.

The East Central District (ECD) of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) recognizes public relations brilliance in campaigns and tactics for its 44th annual Diamond Awards competition. The ECD covers the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

“We are honored to congratulate the Indiana Health Care Association for their achievement in public relations excellence,” said John Palmer, chair, PRSA East Central District Board of Directors. “This year’s honorees have risen to the challenge with skill and creativity to effectively communicate with their audiences.”

“At IHCA/INCAL, we strive to support our members with valuable tools, resources and information to help them excel in their job and deliver extraordinary care to our state’s elderly,” said Zach Cattell, president of IHCA/INCAL. This recognition is a powerful demonstration of how building robust digital communication capabilities can empower our members with actionable information.”

The Diamond Awards are presented to public relations practitioners who have successfully addressed a communication challenge with exemplary skill, creativity and resourcefulness.  Please join us in celebrating this recognition.
