COVID-19 Vaccination Toolkit for LTC Medical Directors

On August 6, 2021, the Indiana Department of Health released a COVID-19 Vaccination Toolkit for Long-Term Care Medical Directors, which can be found here.  The toolkit includes the following components:

• COVID-19 data resources;
• COVID-19 prevention and management resources;
• Vaccine ingredients and EUA information;
• Vaccine benefit information;
• Information on variants, and more.

We encourage facilities to share this toolkit with your Medical Directors and other members of leadership for their use in conversations with residents, families, and fellow staff members.  IHCA/INCAL’s Vaccination Resources can also be found here and will continue to be updated.
