Civil Money Penalty (CMP) funding for Communicative Technology Devices and In-Person Visitation Aids are still available. Facilities are eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 in funds for each application. Facilities that have previously received funding for communicative technology and /or visitation aids are eligible to reapply. The amount of funding awarded depends on the original amount received (less than $3,000) and the number of facility beds. Facilities may receive more than $3,000 based on facility size.
