Registration have reopened for the Indiana’s Nursing Home COVD Action Network (NHCAN) Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) program that helps nursing homes improve COVID-19 preparedness, safety and infection control.

Please consider registering your facility for the Indiana’s Nursing Home ECHO Program!  You’ll be joining more than 200 other facilities across the state to keep up-to-date on COVID-19 best practices.  Participants learn from what has worked in other facilities, and hear from local experts who will lead you through learning sessions.

The program includes a 75 to 90-minute weekly Zoom learning session for administrators and staff. Participants learn from each other and discuss successes and challenges in dealing with daily COVID-19 situations.  The 16-week curriculum will train you and your staff in infection prevention, testing and vaccines, as well as leadership and staff well-being.

Nursing facilities are eligible for up to $6000 in compensation for time and effort, and medical education credits are also offered!

Registration is open through February 12, 2021.  Please register at: https://redcap.link/join_nhcanecho
