We’re just as passionate about community service as we are about professional service. Quinn Shepherd started Operation Shepherding in 2011 as a year-round initiative to support the local communities where our employees and clients live and work. We encourage our team to look for opportunities to pay it forward and to be actively involved in the community. All employees are given two days off of work each year to volunteer with the organization of their choice.
