Pathways Milestones

On March 1, 2023, FSSA and Department of Administration (IDOA) announced that three managed care entities (MCEs) have been selected to manage the Indiana’s PathWays to Aging program:  Anthem, Humana and UnitedHealthcare

FSSA is coordinating next steps with the MCEs in the contracting and readiness review process to prepare for the program go-live.

October 30 – Pathways Communication Update

  • On October 30, FSSA hosted a hosted a webinar to introduce the marketing efforts for the upcoming Pathways (MLTSS) program implementation.

  • FSSA has also launched a Pathways website The website includes FAQs and other information to help residents learn more about the PathWays program scheduled to launch in July 2024.

Nov. 30: Managed Care Workshop
