Tracy Harvey is responsible for creating a unique membership experience for Assisted Living community members of the IHCA/INCAL through tailored programming, communication, and personal interaction through personal knowledge and in leveraging expertise of other IHCA/INCAL departments. Tracy also manages the INCAL Advisory committee and the subcommittee on Medicaid waiver. In addition, she also assists to help manage the IHCF scholarship program and development opportunities.
Tracy brings to the table her expansive knowledge as a long-term care social work director, hospice educator and as a Quality Improvement Advisor (QIA) with Indiana’s quality improvement organization. She now is a part of Indiana Health Care Association (IHCA) as director of assisted living and foundation services to continue help identify opportunities and promote quality delivery of patient care.
Tracy received her Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana University –Purdue University Indianapolis and her masters in healthcare administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
