2024 Annual Convention & Expo
We are excited to present the 2024 Annual Convention & Expo at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. More than 400 long-term and post-acute care professionals from across the state will come together to get inspired by our speakers, participate in high-quality education sessions, and network with peers and industry leaders.
The 2024 Annual Convention & Expo theme is Blazing a New Frontier where we will discuss the current state of managed care and explore innovative solutions and best practices in long term care management and delivery.
We are seeking presenters for breakout sessions that are related to the theme and pertain to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities.
The deadline to submit your entry is May 24, 2024.
Please note: Due to the number of submissions we receive, we will only contact the presenters whose submissions were chosen. If your submission was not chosen, we will keep it on file for one year.
Presenters Guidelines and Requirements

Please note:
- Breakout Session lengths vary from 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
- In order to be in compliance with CE approval, sessions must be educational in nature and cannot include a sales pitch.
- Presenters need to be prepared to speak the entire time.
- The deadline to submit your entry is May 24, 2024.
