Steve has over 18 years in the healthcare field as a payer, provider, policy maker and now as a trade association president. He spent 15 years at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) specializing in Medicaid fiscal agent programs and worked with nine different state Medicaid programs during his tenure there. His last role at ACS was Senior Vice President – US Southeast, for ACS Government Healthcare Solutions. Steve came to Indiana to serve as the first director of the FSSA Division of Aging. In that role he created the Options program that consolidated all long term care services under a global budget. A proud former Navy officer, Steve is a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is also serves as the Chairman of the Indianapolis Housing Agency Board of Commissioners.
