J has worked in the banking and insurance industries in Indiana since 2001, and most recently served at the State of Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. Prior to his state service, J successfully managed revenue improvement and business growth programs for a variety of financial service organizations. He holds an Indiana insurance license and has extensive experience in the area of Long Term Care Insurance. J is presently completing a Masters in Public Administration at Ball State University.
