Dorothy has worked in the public sector in Indiana for over 20 years in the areas of financial management, capital projects and contract administration. This includes experience in a variety of roles with the City of Indianapolis as well the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), where she first served as the Deputy Director of the Division of Aging and then later as the Deputy Director of Government Efficiency. Dorothy also serves as a member of the Indiana State Department Health’s Office of Women’s Health Advisory Council and as Vice President of Public Relations for the Indy Star Freespeakers Toastmasters. Her past board affiliations include Rotary Indianapolis and the Indiana Wesleyan University Advisory Board.
