Regulatory/Clinical Committee examines and analyzes emerging regulatory and clinical issues that impact, or could impact, the long term care community. The committee focuses on broad policy developments that result from federal and state government authorities, and will attempt to determine their implications for member facilities.  The committee also discusses practical matters related to how the survey process is applied, with an eye toward spotting regulatory trends that can be instructive across the board. 

Based upon recent member feedback, the IHCA Regulatory/Clinical Committee is revising its meeting frequency from semi-monthly to quarterly.
