The purpose of the Human Resource/Education Committee (HR/ED) is to institute and advocate professional standards to improve the long term care workforce.  The role of the HR/ED Committee is to identify educational needs and training programs that enrich the professional development of our LTC and residential members. Committee members will work together to develop educational trainings, resources, and networking opportunities.  The HR/ED Committee consists of both facility and associate members who strive to provide all members the best educational training and resources.  The HR/ED Committee meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 10:30-11:30 am EST.
