Mr. Tittle joins IHCA from Krieg DeVault's Health Care, Governmental Affairs, and Business Practice Groups. Tittle will remain in an Of Counsel capacity with the firm while serving as President of IHCA.
Before joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Tittle served as General Counsel and Program Director for My Health Care Manager, LLC. Prior thereto, he was a Policy Director to Governor Mitch Daniels and was responsible for executing the Governor's health initiatives through the legislative process as well as the State's health-related agencies, including the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, the Indiana State Department of Health, the Indiana Department of Child Services, and the Indiana Department of Insurance.
Mr. Tittle received his law degree from Indiana University – Bloomington in 2001 and graduated from Vanderbilt University.
