Brenda brings more than 19 years of hands on experience in the Customer Service industry. After serving 4yrs of active duty in the US Army as a Administrative and Finance Specialist she was honorably discharged and became a Reservist for the Army Reserve.
She has worked internally in administration and finance management and more recently in the area of healthcare management. Her expertise and enjoyment lies in the long-term healthcare arena. Brenda also comes to IHCA with experience in TPA’s and insurance billing. At IHCA, she is responsible for coordinating internal operations, assisting with new business development, accounts receivables and customer service functions.
