In addition, all 2010 applicants must participate in an educational program focused on the National Quality Award program in order to be eligible to apply. You can fulfill this requirement by participating in this webinar series. A total of six sessions will be conducted, two at each level – Bronze (Step I), Silver (Step II), and Gold (Step III). There is no charge for participation.
Seasoned Quality Award Examiners will join Quality Award Program Administrator Tim Case for each of these sessions. Together, they will provide tips on understanding the technical aspects of the application as well as provide detailed information about the award criteria. Prior to the session, be sure to download the Silver (Step II) application information from our website .Remember – the Silver criteria has changed from 2009, so be sure to download the new 2010 criteria!
