Leadership 101
Leadership 101 is a six-session virtual training from Leadership Development Group, designed specifically for new managers in health care. It’s practical, interactive, and focused on the real-world challenges new leaders face.
Participants join a LIVE 1-hour Zoom call once a month where they get:
- Expert coaching
- New tools and strategies
- Q&A with other new leaders
Here’s how to know if it’s a good fit for someone on your team:
- They’re struggling to hold others accountable or have tough conversations
- They need help creating trust and a high-performance team
