Grant Achenbach is an attorney and lobbyist in the firm’s Governmental Affairs and Public Advocacy and Health Care Practices. Grant has extensive experience in the healthcare lobbying space—working previously in his career for the Indiana State Medical Association, where he served as the Director of Government Relations. In this role, he represented the interests of Indiana’s physicians and physician groups and was responsible for developing and implementing the ISMA’s yearly legislative agenda. Grant’s health care practice focuses primarily on regulatory matters relating to hospitals, physician groups, ambulatory surgical centers, and long-term care facilities. Grant’s connections with state agencies, officials, and payers rooted in his governmental affairs experience provides unique value propositions to clients as they seek to navigate Indiana’s legal and regulatory environment.
