Members Only Sections
The contents of the IHCA/INCAL Members Only sections are reserved for our dues paying facility and associate members. We ask that members NOT compromise the security of the website by sharing the Members Only passwords with non-members. If anyone outside your facility or organization asks you for the password, please refer them to our office. Having access to this material is a privilege that comes with your paid membership.
Maintaining Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member identification and password information, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your member identification and password.
Delivery of Purchased Items or Services
Each registered user will receive an email confirming that they have made a purchase on the Site. Items purchased from the Site will be mailed to the purchaser within 1 business week via standard US Mail, unless otherwise requested by the user (additional charges may apply). Services are deemed delivered by the confirmatory email sent once a registered user has purchased the service. Registered users may be required to check-in or register on-site for purchased services including, but not limited to, education sessions, IHCA/INCAL Convention & Expo, and Regional Spring Conference.
Intellectual Property
IHCA/INCAL either owns the intellectual property rights in the HTML, text, images audio, video, software or other content that is made available on this web site, or has obtained the permission of the owner of the intellectual property. IHCA/INCAL prohibits the redistribution or copying of any part of this web site or content on this web site without written permission from IHCA/INCAL.
