Katie Niehoff is responsible for overseeing all of IHCA's new education and training programming, including the Association's two annual events, the Convention & Expo in the Fall and the Spring Education Conference. Katie also serves as a point of contact for all member needs and services and is the Executive Director of the Indiana Center for Assisted Living (INCAL).
Katie is a licensed social worker who has been in long term care since 2000. Most recently, Katie served as the Director of Dementia Programming at Marquette. In that role, she developed, planned and implemented the memory care program in the center's assisted living pavilion. She also created policies and procedures and managed the day-to-day operation of the program. Katie received her Bachelor degree from Ball State University and her Master of Social Work with a specialization in Gerontology from Washington University in Saint Louis.
